Maharishi Academy Central Campus Building (building #4, 5, 6 on map) — Classroom, knowledge exhibition hall, meditation hall.
Dining Hall/Auditorium Building (#3 on map) — Dining hall and kitchen facilities, lobby, 500-seat auditorium, campus bookstore, mail room.
Two Administration Buildings (#2 on map) — Each Administration building will have: classrooms, offices, lecture halls, display area, reception, administrator suites, kitchen, dining hall, guest rooms.
Fourteen Dormitories (#1 on map) — Twenty rooms, one dorm advisor apartment per dormitory.
About the Campus Architecture at Maharishi Academy
A new prep school—a boarding school for high school boys—is opening soon. Maharishi Academy of Total Knowledge—High School for Leadership, will train a new generation of enlightened leaders for the world.
Maharishi Academy’s cutting-edge, state-of-the-art curriculum is based upon the most advanced scientific knowledge of our age. Supporting this advanced curriculum is the most advanced type of architecture, called Vedic Architecture or Maharishi Sthapatya Veda® design.

Vedic Architecture utilizes an ancient knowledge that establishes everything in the most orderly way so that everything is nourished by everything else. This architecture takes advantage of the most fundamental laws of Nature that promote perfect health, happiness and prosperity. It uses precise mathematical formulas, equations, and proportions to design homes, offices and campuses in perfect Harmony with Natural Law.
Maharishi Sthapatya Veda design is the only science that has the precise knowledge and time-tested formulas used for site selection, proper orientation, positioning, and placement of rooms according to their purpose.
According to Maharishi Sthapatya Veda design, health and good fortune, as well as the development of higher states of consciousness, are profoundly influenced by the Vastu, which includes the orientation of the building, the position on the building site, the slope of the land, the direction of entrances, placement of rooms, and the orientation of the approaching and surrounding roads.
People who live and work in these buildings report that they think more clearly, make better decisions, feel happier and healthier, feel more alert and refreshed throughout the day, have more restful and refreshing sleep, have more energy and less fatigue and experience less stress and greater peace of mind.
The Maharishi Academy campus will be one of the first campuses in the USA to have these special buildings, located on wooded 450 acres in Antrim, New Hampshire. The entrance to the campus and existing campus buildings will be rectified to be in compliance with Maharishi Sthapatya Veda. All new buildings will conform to this standard.
